Highlights included a river boat cruise on
a paddle steamer where we were entertained by James Horan and a
hilarious skit in which Elizabeth played the Diva very convincingly
and poor Peter, ever the good sport, allowed himself to be the
victim of the Contessa's wardrobe improvising which inclued, as I
recall, an aluminium strainer on his head as a helmet and a silk
nightie! Naturally both were later auctioned off for a good
sum!
The Con program was able to give some
focus to both Elizabeth's and Peter's time on Sword on the Set as
well as a sword class by Roberta and behind the scenes footage and
discussion of her Highlander books.
